This week is a pretty big deal for the formerly mobile MMORPG Eterspire. We say “formerly” because the game is officially making its early access debut on Steam today as developer Stonehollow Workshop is bringing the game back to PC gamers after it diverting from being a browser MMO to a mobile title.

Ahead of today’s Steam launch, the studio put out one more patch last week (after it said it was doing one last mobile patch a day earlier) that introduces the new high-level Mount Magma zone and reapplies the extra level cap, making max level the “still daunting yet much more achievable” 160+4000 after players brought up concerns over the uncapping of extra levels.

In addition, the game now lets players chat once they’re level three, lowered the default graphics for older iOS devices, renamed the Firefly Forest to Firefly Grove, and made a few bug fixes. Steam fans are also being reminded of the MMORPG’s usual update schedule; that’s on the 14th and 28th, unless that day falls on a Friday, holiday, or weekend, in which case the patch will go out on the next business day.
