Just as most stores can’t resist putting out Halloween decorations by mid-August, Diablo Immortal is finding it impossible to wait for spooky season to get Halloween festivities going. While the game’s Harvest Festival isn’t yet active, Diablo Immortal is planning a slew of lead-up events to get players in the mood for cider, bonfires, and sheer unrelenting horror.

There are a few limited-duration events running from September 24th through October 15th that will let players rack up points and progress for Season of the Harvest rewards. On top of this, the Warping of the Wilds event is scheduled to kick off on September 18th with login rewards, drop increases, and a 100% XP bonus to battle pass through September 28th.

Diablo Immortal also added an “Unstoppable Bar” for its PvP mode that will give players some crowd control protection for when they’re being beaten up too much.

Over in Diablo IV, Wowhead reports that one player killed Belial an astounding 3500 times and documented all of the loot drops. During these 3500 kills, the player only saw 20 items drop with four greater affixes on them, giving those odds around a 1:200 chance. Depressing.
