EverQuest II tweaks Scars of Destruction and preps further Anashti Sul progression

Are you still thinking about EverQuest II’s 21st expansion? That was last year’s expansion. Scars of Destruction is old news now. Still, the most recent patch to the game is all about that expansion, with a number of changes and fixes like changing the minimum time for several Heroic II zones from 18 hours to 90 minutes. Several raids also now require just one player to meet the entrance requirement instead of all players, which should make it a little easier to get in at the end of the day.

Other changes include the addition of the Witness of Fear adornment for players who completed Scars of Destruction’s raiding challenges, a removal of level 138 monsters in the non-fabled level 100 zone Wurmbone Crag, and several changes for Flooded Scar: Abyssal Assault. Check out the full patch notes for all the changes, even if the majority of them feel like they’re addressing yesterday’s expansion. Which they sort of are, but you know, people might still want to go back there from time to time.

In fact, if you’re playing throwback progression server Anashti Sul, you’re also in for some new old stuff, as Daybreak will begin a Fallen Dynasty and Echoes of Faydwer beta starting September 30th.
